Beechcroft Special Projects

Having more than two decades of experience in creating high quality retirement developments in the most sought-after villages and towns in Southern England, specialist retirement developer, Beechcroft, has established a Special Projects Division to focus on the restoration and conversion of period country property, historical houses and buildings of architectural significance and historical relevance into luxury homes for the discerning buyer; Douces Manor, West Malling being one of the company’s finest examples.

Each Special Projects scheme provides a superb location which offers something 'special' from unique views to a waterside or parkland setting, whilst each new home reveals the level of specification, the meticulous craftsmanship and the careful attention to detail which have, over the years, earned Beechcroft an enviable reputation. A secluded private road, considered to be one of the best residential areas in Winchester is the setting for Kings Crescent, Winchester.

Whilst schemes by the ‘Special Projects’ division are not restricted to the over 55s, Beechcroft aims to ensure that each development offers peace and privacy within a community of like-minded people and, indeed, a convenant prevents under-16s from living at any ‘Special Projects’ development on a permanent basis.

Beechcroft Developments will, however, continue to create outstanding retirement developments designed to meet the needs of a growing population of over-55s.  Further information on properties designed for elderly living can be found in Beechcroft Retirement Developments
